Hello,
I'm not sure if this is an applicable question or not but I wanted to know if huge inbox storage is supported and  was tested on shared or VPS environment and what is the max recommended limits?

Thanks

We haven't tested the upper bound of max storage space. There is one limitation to be aware of. User's email folders consist of GRP files, one for each day. These files cannot exceed 2.2-2.4gb. This effectively limits the amount that each folder can receive per day to 2GB.

Thank you Matt,
Then generally we can say that a total folder size of 20 GB is okay with the SM servers on a VPS with max daily messages of 2GB ... is that right?

20GB is definitely doable and the max daily messages of 2GB is good. That sounds good. I think the biggest mailbox that I've seen is 60GB.

We had mailboxs with 120GB and we have a few of 60-90GB. And everythink works ok, We are at the moment with a difficulty in the advance search on Webmail.
