MAPI - Beta 7293 - Not downloading all the messages

Hi Guys,
I marked it as a question since it can be just a behavior and not an issue.

After installed 7293 and deployed a new mail profile, MAPI worked smoothly. However I could realize it didn't loaded all messages, showing this option at the end of the message listing:


As this test mailbox has 62.944 messages (since 2015) and the configuration is set to download two years, my expectation was that Outlook would download all this content.
Is this a expected behavior or should I change some setting into my Outlook?
