Importing Sent Items

Hi Community

I've run a Connectivity > Mailbox Migration on an 'other' Pop/Imap enabled email account hosted on webserver running Plesk.

The 'source' Inbox contents appears to have imported without a problem but the contents in the 'source' Sent Items have not.

Do you have any suggestions for how best to retrieve the 'source' Sent Items and if possible import them into the new account within SmarterMail?

Importing emails via POP will not grab folders outside of the Inbox.

I would try importing again with IMAP.

Ah OK - Thank you. I see the default is POP and perhaps I didn't select IMAP.

If I run again will I create duplicates of items that did import correctly first time around?

Looks like the second import using IMAP imported the Sent Items as you suggested and didn't duplicate existing emails. Thanks

Great stuff.

Importing using POP originally may have removed the emails from the server... so there was nothing in the Inbox to import with IMAP.
