Hi Kunal,

If the system administrator disables a user, that user will still show up on the Accounts list for domain administrators.  The only way to remove a user from the Accounts list is to delete the user account.  However, deleting the user account would also delete all their data, so if they were added back in later they would have to start from scratch or their account would need to be restored from a backup.
