How to review when mailboxes were deleted? Any logs where I can find these ?

Hello,I am having a problem with an email account being deleted somehow. I have no record of when, how or who deleted it.
Is there any log where can find the these details?

Hi,

If by mailbox you mean a whole user mailbox, then the action should be logged in the Administrative logs (I don't remember if you have to set the log as Normal or Detailed).

It looks like:
[2019.11.02] 21:48:23.879 [ADMIN_USER_IP] User postmaster@domain.tld calling delete user, user: jason
[2019.11.02] 21:48:24.082 [ADMIN_USER_IP] User postmaster successfully deleted user jason

Thank you very much. I am using SmarterMail, could you please inform us where to generate this administrative logs from?

Hello,

For this you need to log in on the webmail with the server admin username.

Then you go to Troubleshooting menu (on the left).

Once in troubleshooting you can set in the "options" tab, the options and log level for the different logfiles.
Set the administrative log file to Detailed and save.

Then you will be able to view/search the differents logs from the "View log" tab.
