Blank page on web login w/ new Firefox version

Hi,

One of my clients tried connecting to SM from the new FF version and just got a blank page:

Anyone else seeing this?

Ben,

I wasn't able to replicate this with the latest Firefox by either going to the login page on our internal SmarterMail testing server or by going to your SmarterMail login page.  Since you have active Maintenance and Support on your license key, I've gone ahead and submitted a support ticket for you so that one of our technicians can take a closer look.

Just a quick follow up on this one. Through further testing in support we were able to confirm this is likely a client-side issue as we were not able to replicate in a variety of environments on a variety of versions of Firefox. If there is anyone out there seeing similar results please try the following: 

1. First, open the same web interface URL in an In Private/Incognito tab and see if those issues persist there. If they don't, the issue is stemming from something cached on your machine. 
2. Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies/history/etc and then retest to see if these issues clear up.

I have what might be a related issue using Smartermail Enterprise 14.5 with Firefox 71.  I can log into Smartermail and the home screen loads, but at that point, my screen is locked.  None of the scrollover elements activate and none of the links are active.  I get the same result in Incognito mode.  Works fine in Chrome 78.  I will try reloading without add-ons to see if there is a change.

I believe my issue is actually with McAfee WebAdvisor (8.0.0.34239).  If I disable it, things work again.  I will follow up with them.
