Where are the autoresponder settings?

It says they are in the email settings: https://help.smartertools.com/SmarterTrack/v14/Default.aspx?qq=%2fSmarterTrack%2fv14%2fTopics%2fSettings%2fSystemSettings%2fConfiguration%2fEmail.aspx

But you can see in the screenshot below that there is no autoresponder tab; only an autoresponder blacklist box. I have actually looked in seemingly every menu and I cannot find any autoresponder settings.

I found it under brands, but I think you need to update your documentation, because v14 still says it's in the email settings.

Hi Pantheon,

In SmarterTrack 14.x the autoresponder settings are still under Configuration > Email. However, in the current builds the autoresponder settings are found in Manage > Brands. It sounds like you are on a more current build than 14.x. If that is the case you'll find the online help documentation for that here: http://help.smartertools.com/SmarterTrack/current/Default.aspx

Yes, I don't know what edition I have, because it doesn't even tell you. It just has a build number.

Pantheon,

Anything newer than 14.x will have a build number instead of a version number. I can understand why that would be a little confusing since the help for the builds of SmarterTrack is referenced as "Current". The help for any build that is 6911 or newer will be found under "Current". I hope that helps clear things up.
