Please advise settings, how to block mail that is sent via direct delivery ?

Inspite of antispam softwares installed, how do emails bypass the antispam filters?

and deliver spam in inbox,

please advise,

Please follow the steps in this article to make sure your SmarterMail spam filtering is optimally configured:

Alternatively, since you have active Maintenance and Support on your SmarterMail license key, you can also submit a support ticket to have one of our technicians take a closer look for you.
