Corrupt Address Book? "Invalid Access to AddressBook for ..."

Have a user who keeps complaining that her email is disappearing from Outlook. So I removed the account from Outlook and the Connectivity tab in Web Access and re-added it. I notice in Outlook the sync hangs at "Updating Contacts", so I logged into Web Mail to look at the contact list and I see "Invalid Access to AddressBook for ..." when I click the CONTACTS TAB. Which leads me to believe either the contact list or a specific contact is corrupt, but I don't want to lose all the users contacts. Help!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.  Since you have active Maintenance and Support on your SmarterMail license key, my recommendation would be to go ahead and submit a support ticket.  That way one of our technicians can take a closer look for you.
