I don't know if I can ask around here ... 

Anter on smartertools.com website had partner list 
The company that supported our smartermail has stopped providing the server, we need someone to take care of our smartermail installation. 

We are currently experiencing issues with SSL certificate for a domain. 

Who can help?

Hello Malik, one great option would be Parkside Tech. Alternatively you can deploy a server in the Amazon EC2 cloud computing services and set up your installation there. We have KB articles here on the portal detailing the migration process, and you can use the link below to set up SSL certificates on your server:

Thanks! the server we already have, we just need the support.

I can only open a support ticket with the license on time?

Hi Maik,

I just sent you a quote by email to reinstate Maintenance and Support on your SmarterMail license key.  That will give you access to unlimited technical support from us during business hours.

Maik, you're very welcome, happy to help! That makes sense, if you already have the server we can definitely help out via support but we'll need you to complete maintenance and support renewal as Ben pointed out. Alternatively you can post questions here in the portal for quick answers from other end users and administrators as well.
