Increased SPAM - possible Cyren issues?

We're getting increased SPAM since updating to Build 7188.

Logs showing:
"Cyren [Unknown]: 0" on so many messages that Message Sniffer is showing as confirmed.

Our Cyren Zero-hour Antivirus license is active.
We're running SmarterMail Enterprise Build 7188 (Sep 6, 2019)

Is Cyren having issues again or is it an issue in Build 7188?

Michael, I'm not seeing similar behavior here so I recommend getting a support ticket submitted so we can check this out in more detail.

We're seeing "Cyren [Unknown]: 0" on just about all inbound email.

I'm having a very similar situation. I think it all started around September 10 when Cyren had issues.

I have lots of emails now that have a commtouch score of 0 with a sniffer score of 30.

What is strange is that I receive about 25 essentially identical SPAM emails per day where 15 of them get a commtouch of 30, but about 10 of them have a commtouch of 0.

In general, though, I'm getting a bunch more commtouch 0 emails since around Sept 10, 2019.

This matches our experience as well. Sept 11 - 16 was the worse. I hesitate to say it's getting better today. I'm seeing more Cyren [Confirmed] logs.
