Limitations on pasting images into message bodies?

We have a user (web interface) that is unable to paste an image into a message body, but can successfully add the same image as an attachment. What are the limitations on pasting images using the web interface message editor? Or should pasting be working the same as attaching?

Jerry, this sounds like a bug we recently found and resolved, can you outline the build number you have installed?
