Hi Ram. What you can do is set up your account as POP3 in your mail client and that will bring a local copy in. However, if you are currently using IMAP, setting up a POP3 account will probably remove all of the messages from the server unless you set your mail client to leave a copy on the server for x amount of days. Alternatively, if you are using IMAP, what you can do is export your mail to a .pst file if you are using Outlook and then restore it to Outlook so you will have a local copy. I hope this helps.
