How to resend the "bounce error" emails?

I am testing out a Content filter rule that will "bounce" an email meeting the rule's conditions. It seems that smartermail will properly send a "bounce" message to the sender of a message that the rule triggered on. But if the sender sends another email, they wont get further bounce-back messages.
I understand that this could be helpful to prevent being blacklisted if too many bounce messages get reported as spam. But, I am tweaking the rule and/or making new rules and I need to be able to test the rules by sending test emails (from the same test email address) that are designed to trigger the rule. But I can't fully test a rule if I don't get back the bounce message.
So, smartermail must be keeping a list of senders that it bounced emails to in the past, so it will know which senders to not send any more bounce responses to.
How can I clear this list or turn off this "feature" of only sending ONE bounce response per "from" address so that it will resume sending bounce error messages to my same "from" address?

John,

What is the exact condition(s) and action(s) for your content filter?

I just discovered this "Content Filter Bouncing" setting (in antispam options) that may be the reason why I'm not getting bounce-backs.

I'll make another post to this thread if I am still having problems.

Thanks for responding though!
