Hi SmarterTools team! I had a customer report to me that SmarterMail password reset emails were getting rejected by Gmail with the following message in the Delivery log...

[2019.07.31] 12:58:03.097  RSP: 550 5.7.1 header, or having no From: header, are not accepted. r22si82549113ioh.94 – gsmtp
When I looked at the From address it is as follows...
[2019.07.31] 12:58:02.816  CMD: MAIL FROM:<> SIZE=1803
This tells me that Gmail is rejecting the message because system messages are sent with the null sender <>.
I'm proposing that SmarterTools change the null sender on system messages to an actual email address so that Gmail stops rejecting these.
