Selective domain "Challenge" - Fighting Spam

HI.  I cant remember if i asked this before. And i am not sure this is in the current works.

Almost all of the spam that our server gets is from loosers with a .us domain.  

I want to block all of the .us on the SMTP, and force any inbound email from a : "EHLO *.us" to get an auto response from our server saying "Click here to complete delivery of the email" or do a captcha or something.

I am not concerned aout the .com or .orgs, or others, i only wnat to be able to challenge the .US domains for now.
