When local messages bounces do to message size limit the local sender gets email back saying Remote Server returned: ''

There may be a parsing problem somewhere in the code.

SMTP logs show:
[2019.07.03] 14:40:59.843 [12345] Delivery for [LocalUser1] to [LocalUser2] has bounced. Reason: Message exceeded the domain's maximum message size limit

User got email bounce saying:
Delivery has failed to these recipients:

[LocalUser2]

Subject: [redacted]

Remote Server returned: ''
