who can send to mail list ?

Hi, i have created a mail list to include all employees , when we try to send to the mail list
nobody is receiving the email

the one who can send to the group should be a member of Posters or no need,

Actually there should be some more clear settings like office 365 or Google
which is called "who can send or Senders list" / "Sending Permissions"

Hi Yaso,

On the Posting card, you should see an option for Allowed Posters. You can choose Moderator, Subscribers Only or Anyone. In addition, you can use the Posters tab to specify additional whitelisted posters. If you would like any of your subscribers to be able to post to the mailing list, choose Subscribers Only. Just keep in mind that your moderator will either need to be on the Subscribers list or entered in the Posters tab.

I hope this helps! Please see the Mailing List Help for additional information.

Yaso, a subscriber is someone who receives the messages via the mailing list. The poster can submit messages to the mailing list. Andrea has referenced the correct setting, and configuring these values should resolve your query.

In addition to Kyle's reply... Let's say you wanted to allow only the Moderator and a select number of subscribers to post to the mailing list. In the Allowed Posters setting, you'd choose Moderator. You would then add the additional subscribers to the Posters tab. On the other hand, if all subscribers should be allowed to post to the mailing list, and the Moderator is a subscriber on the list, you will simply need to change your Allowed Posters setting to Subscribers Only.
