How long to index a users inbox

I have a user who has over 9000 emails in their inbox and since upgrading to the latest version Build 7090 (May 31, 2019) from SmarterMail 15 the users account just sits there spinning. When I view the Mailbox indexing I can see the users name but no progress and wondering how long will it take. The user has been waiting over 2 days now and it still is not complete.

Is there something I can do to speed this up?

Jason, do you experience this same behavior when attempting to log in to the user's account via a guest session in your browser? If so, I recommend submitting a support ticket so we can check into this and determine whether or not this is an indexing issue specifically. Thanks in advance!

Did not try, however I did resolve by rebuilding the users folder.
