7082: Timezone issues?

I used Win10 Calendar to create appointments to try and figure out why SM Calendar is screwing up my calendar appointments with invites. Again my appointments with start/end times are getting changed to ALL DAY appointments and shifting a day and I cannot count on SM! I'm going through the screwed up appointments and notice the time zone is wrong. It's still UTC-5 but I'm in Virginia and use Eastern. Win10 has the time zone set correctly, they don't have time zone support in the calendar app. My user account in SM is set correctly, so where is this coming from?????

I tested this here and was not able to reproduce. Can you please submit a support ticket so we can investigate this further?
