I want to expose my problem.
My customers complain that the mailbox is reloaded when it is configured in active sync. (same computer or phone)
I noticed that it is mainly done when there is network and connectivity change (from wifi to hotspot example)
Does anyone else have this problem or have an idea to solve?
email boxes are more or less than 2 GB but I always synchronize on phones up to 1 month.
