601 delayed errors

SmarterMail delays emails to mail server which have an invalid SSL certificate (expired, mismatch etc)

In such cases, the a bounce email is sent to the sender (our customer) with the error 601 delayed. This bounce message contains no details of the issue.

Emails from G-Suite/gmail to the same mail servers go through immediately without any errors. 

This is increasing our support load as well as inconveniencing customers by delaying their emails. 

We need this sorted immediately or atleast given an option to disable delays for such mail servers.

Is no one interested in a solution for this problem ? Smartertools is certainly not going to do anything about it till other customers start complaining.
