Broken Timezone errors in dev counsel

Any quick fixes for time zone information messages? Last nights version, confirmed in the account the time zone is set (It's Central as the error shows). I know with this update the Inbox only refreshes with an F5. Cookies, cache, and Ctrl+F5 all done as starter checks.

Upon a Refresh (Ctrl+F5) it does initialize but one error which I am thinking is related.

Can you try setting/resetting the timezone on the server itself? I don't see these errors on a freshly installed server, so if that doesn't help you may want to submit a support ticket.
