Blocked and Trusted Senders in Wrong Folders

Below are two samples that will show two issues with Trusted/Blocked Senders. Is there a way to fix this?

This and many others are still arriving in our Inboxes. These senders have been marked as a "Blocked Sender". They are showing in the Inbox. Their spam weighting is 9. 

These "Trusted Sender (User)" are showing in Junk Email. There are no rules set to move anything into junk email so not sure why these continue to show.

Hello John, 

There have been several fixes recently with 'Trusted Senders'
If you are not currently running the most recent version please upgrade to the latest version. If you are still seeing the issue after upgrading please submit a support ticket so that we can look over your logs to see what is going on.
