Hello,

i'm looking for a ticketing tool and so i found smarterTrack and now i want to test it.
I had installed it on a on premise server and now the problem i have, is that i want a ad binding for the User which are want to create a ticket or do something else.
But i don't find the anwser in the FAQ or here. The tutorials i found make me much more confused

So have someone a step by step tutorial?

I have a Windows AD which is synced with AAD. The SmaterTrack is installed on a onpremise Server.
