Missing email accounts after upgrade to 7016

Hello,

We recently upgraded a server from version 16.3.6782 to 100.0.7016 (Build 7016), and lost association with multiple accounts across a couple specific domains. We were able to "Attach" the users again, but its odd they were not added automatically once the update had completed. Is this a known issue on the update?

Had the same issue, lost entire list of users. How did you reconnect them? I am hoping to recover files and hopefully SmarterMail converts the users.

We were able to locate the user files under the C:\SmarterMail\Domains\'example.com'\Users directory. If those are still in place, then you should be able to add them from the SmarterMail Admin site for your server. I tried to add the link to the KB article we'd used for that, but it looks like thats being blocked. Try Googling this:
