I'm sorry your users are having trouble downloading messages via POP. Some questions for troubleshooting:
- Are there multiple users experiencing this problem?
- Do they see the "Message removed" message only within their email client? What appears in webmail?
- What's the version of your SmarterMail installation that's seeing these errors?
