TLS on Port 25 - SmarterMail 17 Error

I had SMTP traffic on port 25 bound to TLS on SmarterMail 16. After the upgrade to 17, clients don't seem to be able to send mail via TLS on port 25. Anyone have a similar problem?

Can you screenshot or list your settings for
System Admin > Settings > Protocols > Smtp In (card)
