I'm afraid SmarterMail 13.x is a legacy product, having been released over 3 years ago. Therefore, it will no longer receive any updates to the software. If your license has an active subscription of Maintenance and Support, you can submit a ticket to our Support Department for a review. They can try to offer solutions that don't involve upgrading your installation. However, please note, that if this display problem occurs across all browsers and cannot be resolved by modifying the server or installation configuration, the only solution to bypass this issue will be to upgrade your installation to a supported version.
In the meantime, you can see if the issue persists in another browser or view the site in incognito / private mode, as there may be browser extensions that are modifying the page.
