Enforce encrypted delivery

I know this has been asked about before, but I cannot find the thread. It would be great if SM had the ability to specify if a domain's outgoing mail should require TLS-based delivery to recipients and if it cannot be done, return the email.

Though this feature would need to extend passed the primary server and into outgoing SM gateways as well. We have several law offices and others asking for this ability.

As well as built-in PGP encryption (something similar to how StartMail works) would be awesome. I know there are 3rd party apps that can do this, but having it at the server level where SM handles everything would be awesome.

A more complete request might be that 'Every byte transferred on the internet on behalf of a domain, be TLS encrypted.'  Incoming email that is not TLS encrypted - rejected!. Outgoing email that cannot be encrypted - not sent!  Any email client that tries to connect to POP, SMTP, IMAP, etc. must use TLS or the connection is not allowed.
The logging could be improved to show by add 'via TLS' to email received, email sent, and when someone logins via a web client.
I love version 15, Please give me some really powerful reasons to upgrade to 17/100.
