New IDS Block - Authentication required for relay

Like all of us, fighting spam/hacking attempts is a continual process.

Lately, I have been hit by a very large number of attempted logons that are looking for an open relay - which I dont have.
Is there a way to implement/can I request a new IDS rulethat implements a block on an IP address that attempts relaying after a set number of failures, please?
