Mailscanner was attacked

Hi,

I have a problem that you maybe can help me with.

I was waiting for a mail that I know is completely ok and no spam or something like that.

But when it arrived to my inbox the mail was “disarmed” with the following message:
MailScanner was attacked by a Denial Of Service attack, and has therefore deleted this part of the message. Please contact your e-mail providers for more information if you need it, giving them the whole of this report. Attack in: /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/30056/A88425DE23.A195A/nmsg-30056-3.html

And in the log I found this:
[2019.01.04] 21:16:49 [62866] Add message to mailbox call failed.  Reason: Access to the grp file is locked, monitor enter failed.
[2019.01.04] 21:16:49 [62866] Delivery attempt to xxx@xxx.xx to folder 'Inbox' failed.  Mailbox is locked.

Is it possible for me to get access to this original mail in some quarantine or something like that?

I have searched everywhere in the serveradmin page for smartermail 16 and I have searched on the servers hdd but I can’t find it anywhere.

Please help me before I send the mail back to the sender and ask them to lookup if they have problems with the mail they are sending.

Best Regards,

Jesper Andersson
