Is there no way to easily delete all emails in the spooler from a particular sender? We have an issue where a script sent a few 100,000 emails to our mail server. Normally we want these emails but not in this case.  Is there no way to tell smartermail to just delete all emails in the spooler from email@site.com for example?

The spool overview should allow you to do that, I believe one of the options is to remove all mail from a user. What version of SmarterMail are you on?

Ah ok now I see it. I never even though to click Overview. I thought Overview was just like a heading for the row. :( That would have saved me hours. Thanks for letting me know.

Well, you can add that to your toolbelt. We made the overview page specifically to deal with problems like this. Glad you found it useful.

Actually I told it to delete using that but it doesn't appear to have deleted them. They are still in the spooler. Does it take a while?

Yeah it is definitely not deleting them. Been about an hour. I'm still having to go through and delete them 200 at the time from the spooler page. Using SmarterMail Enterprise Edition Version: 16.3.6809
Bug?
