How can I send an email with alias?

Hello,

I have 1 account with @xxx.com domain and 1 alias with @yyy.com.
account: ben@sun.com 
alias: ben@ava.comben@ava.com is an alias for ben@sun.com.
How can I send an email with alias ben@ava.com from ben@sun.com account?
