I haven't looked for SM17,  but.. is there a chat search feature that any user can use????
Noticed that under contacts, there is a search feature.. but not specifically under chat
If not, why not.....  ??
All of my team members use chat (although not the webchat) ..  that goes through SM.
It would be great if any user could search his/her chat.
