6915 - Domain failed to load

Resolved
I have upgraded to SmarterMail 6915 from SmarterMail 16.3.6915 and I have 2 domains with this message in admin area > Manage > Domain > Enable > "Failed to Load"

More details:

Domain failed to load

As a result, mail will not function and users will not be able to login. For assistance resolving this issue, please refer to the SmarterMail Help.

Have you tried to reload or import the domains?

I have removed the domains from \SmarterTools\SmarterMail\Service\Settings\domains.json and restart mail server.

This process has fixed my inconvenience.

I ran into this same problem after upgrading from 15.x to 16.x. I have 1 domain that is in Failed to Load status. How to I resolve this issue and get the domain back online?
