Smartermail v17 upgrade - Indexing errors

Hello, 
After upgrading to Smartermail current 6913, our indexing log is filled with these errors and indexing status is stuck at Completed or Queued 1000s of users. 

[2018.12.08] 23:59:59 [user@domain.com] Error during indexing, invalidating index: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'F:\SmarterMail\Domains\domain.com\Users\kamshet\Index\_9a.cfs'.

Also having errors...

00:44:14.862 [REMOVED] Error during indexing, invalidating index (type: MailService.SearchIndex.Indexing.Indexables.IndexableEmail): System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object.

Updated: Hit about 2 dozen of the above errors.

This is not specific to a server, all upgraded servers have this error. 

Also, Mailbox indexing has probably ~250 in queue , but also shows all completed users (not sure if they are actually completed). Mailbox indexing count shows 1500 instead of 250 (combining queued, completed and indexing)
