Delivery Failure

I am getting the below error while sending emails. Sometimes email are sending successfully, sometimes getting the error. 

Failed Recipient: recipient email address
Reason: Remote host said: 550 (mailserver) [IP]:39634 is currently not
permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into
the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP
Authentication turned on in your email client.
