The verification email is automatically sent by SmarterTrack when a user registers a new account through the portal. If they lose or do not receive the email, users can also request a new verification email from their portal profile page. Note that users will only be able to trigger a resend from their profile if they have not previously verified their currently configured email address. At present, there is no other way to trigger the verification email.
