[SM 16.x ] Attachment - Extension Blacklist

Hello,

I would like to know , how to customize the ( Bounce ) message for ( Incoming / Outgoing
Extension Blacklist ).

As the ( Bounce ) message has  no ( Return-Path: <> ) or from e-mail and considered as spam at recipient server.

Message customization not available with ( System Messages )
