As most of you should know, on Saturday, October 27th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (-7 GMT), we will be transitioning all of our core servers to new hardware as well as to a new datacenter. This datacenter move will give us more room for growth, offers better network and internet bandwidth redundancy, will allow us to service hardware faster and more efficiently, and has better infrastructure to support SmarterTools, and our customers, well into the future.

We've scheduled 8 hours for the entire move, including testing, etc. All of our systems will be down intermittently: activations, our website and ordering process, support portal, the My Account area and all licensing functions. However, these systems should be down for a short initial period during the move, then potentially see some intermittent blips as we test and make any necessary configuration changes once things are up and running at the new datacenter.
