Make Contact Notes scrollable

Proposed
Using web mail in SM 16.latest, viewing a contact that has a lot of notes. I have to click the edit button to get a modal popup to view all of the notes. This should only be needed to EDIT notes. Please consider making notes and long text fields in all areas scrollable so that we can view all info without a need to go into any edit areas.
