Impersonation time settings
Problem reported by They Call Me Matt - 10/5/2018 at 10:48 AM
Resolved
I noted today that when impersonating an account in webmail, email (and potentially calendaring) times seem to reflect my local time and not my customer's time zone if located in a different time zone.  This makes it more difficult to do things like find an email that the customer reports as having been sent at 4:06 p.m. when it shows up in impersonation as 7:06 p.m.  I do not believe this was the case in versions prior to v16.  Could you make it so that when impersonating an account, that the account's time zone is used?

Matthew,

I do not see this behavior using the latest supported version, Build 7008 (Mar 10, 2019). The account's time zone is used even when impersonating the account. Please upgrade to access this change.
