My domain not receiving email with attachments

send/receive with no problems, but mails from an specific domain cannot receive mails with attachments only plain text, already verified if sender domain graylisted and is not, tried receiving emails from other domains with attachments and no problem, only from specific domain, senders IP verified and ok, using SmarterMail 16.3.6830

I'm having the exact same problem.  2 clients are unable to send attachments.  All others, no problem.

Donna, what version of SmarterMail are you using? Are the clients possibly exceeding their message size limit? Are they sending from the web interface or from a client? If from the web interface, are they getting any browser console errors?  If from a client, what client and protocol are they using? Are there any exceptions in any of your logs (make certain to set SMTP and delivery and any applicable protocol logs to Detailed)?
