In events and content filters, clicking on the individual condition or action will show a Delete button that allows you to remove that one item. You do not need to delete the entire event or filter to modify the conditions/actions. If you don't see a Delete button when you click on the individual condition or action, I would encourage you to contact our Support team for a technical review.

Yes I checked user and domain events to find the red button there but for content filtering there is no buttons for both user or domain. ..  here is screenshot for two cases
