Why are the Received headers missing out of this e-mail?

The IP is a Google IP, whitelisted ... here's the SMTP log followed by the e-mail header.  There's no Received: header in the e-mail showing the IP address this e-mail came from.  Anyone have any ideas why?

Because the IP that is delivering the message is WHITELISTED.

Incoming Emails from Whitelisted IPs aren't getting the Received header added and Outgoing Emails from Whitelisted IPs aren't getting the Authenticated header added. It's been like this for a couple of versions now, and I'm not sure if that is intentional and by design or an oversight.

Personally I'm having more issues with Whitelisting for Outgoing emails without the Authenticated header as GMail is not accepting them for delivery.

Thinking that this issue should be addressed; doesn't seem normal.
