SmarterTrack - can't add employees to groups....

Hi all,
We are on SmaterTrack 14.1.6795 and are having this problem:
 
When I try to add an existing employee to any of our groups, I fill out the pop up dialog box to add the employee and hit OK.  At this point I get a blue spinner that never goes away.  After some time I just end up refreshing the webpage so that I can try again, but the same thing happens.  This happens regardless of what group or employee I try to use.
 
When the above happens, in the Error.log, I get this:

Aside from this, all else is working well with our ST installation.  Can anyone provide some help with this (we really need to add an employee to a group)?  Thank you.

I'm sorry you're having that problem. There are two ways to add Employees to Groups. You can go to Settings > Groups or you can go to Settings > Employees. When you edit the employee, you'll see a Groups tab. Can you try adding them there and let me know what you find? 
 
I'll make sure the development team is aware of this problem in the Groups settings.

Thanks for the response. When I go to the groups tab in the employee, i double click the group, but what pops up is a window with the "homepage" of our smartertrack website. Kind of weird.

I'm sorry you're not able to add the employee to the group from the Employee settings either. The development team is unfortunately not able to replicate this error. Can I please submit your account's Email Ticket to the Support Department for their review? They can get additional details and replication steps so this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. (Please understand that your support ticket will be refunded back to your account if this issue is found to be caused by SmarterTrack.)

Hi Andrea,
Well guess what - I was using Firefox 61.0.2 while I was performing the above procedures. On a whim I decided to try using Edge and everything worked absolutely fine. Employee added to the group no problem. So it appears this is a browser issue. If you like I can provide support any additional details.
