Multiple domains sending from multiple IP addresses

Is there a way for the different domains on a single SmarterMail server to send (SMTP protocol) from different LAN IP addresses? Naturally, the server is already configured with more than one IP address. If it is possible, I would like to know how to set this up. I can clearly receive email on different SM server IPs.

FYI the SM servers I have set up are on LANs and have LAN addresses; all port forwarding / NAT translation is done at the firewall (Sonicwall) level.

This is a feature coming in 17.

I'm 100% positive we won't need it by then. Will find a workaround.

How about this (in v15)...

Domain (globe icon) / [click on domain] / Edit / Technical / Outbound IPv4 (dropdown)

The question is: does this setting work as it should? ... I will be testing this shortly.

And if it does work, how can you assign a cert. (for outbound TLS) to that domain by its IP address?
