Bug in 16.3.6795 - HTML emails not rendering correctly

Resolved
Noticed a problem now with 16.3.6795 that some emails that come in via HTML are either blank or only contain small pieces of the original message.  For example YouTube notifications used to have an image preview and some text but now all I see is a YouTube logo with no data.  Emails from Amazon and other carries are the same way.

UPDATE: If I look at similar emails that I saved say a week or two ago the content is fine. It just seems only on new messages coming inbound; almost like SmarterMail is stripping it before it is delivered to the client/user.
