ST - please measure stats and try to improve the time you go to the web mail link and the time you're in your inbox. It's very slow in today's expectations. Other areas could be drastically improved such as even deleting mail, it should be more of an ajax/async process vs. a postback it appears is happening now. Opening calendar appointments in new tabs/windows is a very slow process, same with contacts. The UI is elegant, the performance and statistics are not up to par for 2018. I'm not sure if any of this is changed in SM 17 but I hope you all will assess some metrics and improve the user experience.
